Every time you have a wish, you sow a seed
2018 has just started and we make new year’s resolutions and set our goals and intentions. With our favourite cup of coffee, we write our wishes in a new notebook and we also make vision boards with inspirational images. Have you made yours already?
According to Deepak Chopra, inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment. Intention and desire in the field of pure potentiality have infinite organising power. On one of my t-shirt it says: Follow your dreams, they know the way.
In order to do this, we need to be aware that we must be focused on the present moment and at the same time have intentions for the future.
Attention provides energy and the intention transforms this energy. When we pay attention to something, we provide energy and it strengthens itself. When we stop doing it, we stop providing energy. So ask yourself where you are paying your attention and focusing your energy. Remember that you pay attention with your thoughts too.
We are going to bring theory into practice by committing to the following steps:
- I will make a list of all my desires. I will read my list before I go into my meditation, and also every night before I go to sleep and every morning when I wake up.
- I will trust this list to the creative universe, and I will keep trusting when things don’t seem to go my way, because there is a reason for this and the universe has designed plans much greater than the ones that I have designed myself.
- I will be very aware in the present moment in all my actions during the day, without scattering my attention. I will accept the present moment as it is and manifest my intentions and desires for the future.
Manifesting desires is an art. Let’s be the artists of our own lives!
This essence is the perfect choice for this law:
In the next post, I am speaking about the law of the detachment, the sixth spiritual law of success.
